Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery & Shipping
Packages are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and all packages include tracking.
Deliveries are made without a required signature.
We also ship internationally using USPS or UPS.
If you prefer a different international shipping carrier, please contact us — we can accommodate your request and ship using the service that is most convenient for you.
Returns
Our standard return and refund policy lasts 30 days.
If you wish to initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us first.
We will provide instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us beforehand.
Important: Human Hair Products
Please note that this policy does NOT apply to Human Hair products, including custom or customizable Human Hair items.
Customizable Human Hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take additional time to post.
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email.
Please note: Human Hair products are not eligible for exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the order first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
